About

My Ph.D. focuses on the impact of evidence-based practice on local agency, including how evidence is understood, applied and interpreted in policy and practice, and who and what drives decision-making and determines ‘what work[ed]/s’.

In addition to my Ph.D. research, I have a decade's experience working for international humanitarian and development institutions across Europe and Asia Pacific. Particular interest and experience in accountability, international law, human rights and environmental sustainability, especially the translation of research to policy and practice.
